At The Ewings Publishing, we are committed to delivering high-quality publishing services to our authors. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds after a manuscript and cover design idea have been accepted by our publishing department, led by Cindy Lopez and supported by Anne Reid and Louise Garcia.
1. Acceptance and commencement: Once we have reviewed and accepted an author’s manuscript and cover design idea, the project officially commences. Acceptance indicates the author agrees to proceed with the publishing process.
2. Free publication offer: We offer free publication to qualifying authors. Please note that this offer does not include refunds for marketing services purchased once the manuscript has been accepted and the project has started. The Ewings Publishing provides the Republishing Package at no cost to eligible authors, refunds cannot be issued for this package. The company has invested manpower, resources, and operational costs to support the republishing process.
If you are a writer who has not yet published and only has a raw manuscript, we do not offer a free publication. Once you submit the materials and sign the Letter of Understanding and Service Agreement, refunds are not allowed after that point.
3. Documentation: Before any publishing and marketing project begins, authors must review and sign:
– [1] Service Agreement: outlines the expectations and responsibilities of The Ewings Publishing and the author.
– [2] Letter of Understanding: details the specifics of our services, including timelines, deliverables, and other relevant information. Work will not commence until both documents are signed and returned. By signing, authors agree to the terms of this refund policy.
4. No refunds: Due to the nature of our services and the commitment required for the publishing and marketing process, refunds are not available once the manuscript and cover design idea have been accepted.

6. Agreement to policy: By submitting your manuscript and cover design idea and signing the required documents, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
